Winding up 2025

2025 is another exciting year for Reminisce Connect (RC). This year’s focus is on being a conduit in bridging and deepening relationships between Seniors, including those with dementia, and their care partners through training; and as well as through our flagship reminiscence programmes Take off Your CAP! and REST! We are also very excited about bringing these reminiscence activities to the National Neuroscience Institute (Tan Tock Seng) Singapore. In addition to teaching reminiscence at the SUSS, we are also very privileged to be part of an exciting large-scale project in training Reminiscence Facilitators in and beyond the shoreline of Singapore. Details will follow suit. Here are some of the 2025 highlights:

Jan onwards – Sing to remember, remember to sing! Arthur and Patricia enrolled with the much coveted Silver Voices of Singapore (VOS) and look forward to the coming public performances. According to Arthur, it is a means to go on an intentional weekly date with Patricia. For Patricia, apart from a love to sing in a choir, she believes strongly that music intelligence is something she can hold on to for a long time even though her physical and mental cognition may wear away.
